Changement d’adresse entrepôt France

LA NOUVELLE ADRESSE EST DÉSORMAIS DISPONIBLE SUR VOTRE TABLEAU DE BORD EASY DELIVERY
 
A partir du 28 juin, l’entrepôt France d’Easy Delivery s’agrandit et change d’adresse ! 

Le -presque- mythique 7 avenue André Roussin laisse place à une nouvelle adresse. Quelques informations pratiques : 

  • You can find the new address de notre entrepôt sur votre compte Easy Delivery.
  • Si vous avez déjà passé une commande devant arriver après le 28 juin, rassurez-vous ! Nous pourrons receive your packages in the old warehouse pendant quelques jours.

Nos conseils pour une transition en douceur : 

  • Nous savons que beaucoup d’entre-vous ont enregistré leur adresse Easy Delivery sur leurs sites préférés. Pensez à bien modifier l’adresse dès le 24 juin, même si vous n’allez pas passer commande toute suite.
  • N’hésitez pas à repasser par votre tableau de bord Easy Delivery avant de passer commande, afin de ne pas vous tromper dans la nouvelle adresse. 
  • If any of your packages will be arriving in the old warehouse, please inform our customer service department so that we can make the necessary arrangements. 
New address for our French warehouse !

The -almost- legendary 7 avenue André Roussin gives way to a new address on June 28th! Our warehouse is moving next to Marseille to expand: more space for our team, more space for your packages 😉

Some information: 

  • The new address will be posted to your Easy Delivery account on June 24th. The new warehouse will be operational from Monday, June 28th. You will be able to start placing your orders for the new warehouse on June 24th.
  • If you have already placed an order to arrive after June 28th, rest assured! We can receive your packages at the old warehouse until September.

Our tips for a smooth transition: 

  • We know that many of you have registered their Easy Delivery address on their favorite sites. Remember to change the address as of June 24th, even if you are not going to place an order right away.
  • Do not hesitate to go back through your Easy Delivery dashboard before placing your order, so you don’t make a mistake with the new address. 
  • If one of your parcels is to arrive in the old warehouse, inform our customer service, we will make the necessary arrangements.
