How long does it take for your package to appear in your Easy Delivery account?
You placed an order and your package has arrived at our warehouse, but you don't see it on your Easy Delivery account yet? Don't worry, this is completely normal!
Parcel registration deadlines
- In France : registration takes up to 24 business hours after receiving the package.
- In the United States : the delay is a little longer, allow up to 48 business hours.
Why the delay?
As soon as a package arrives at our warehouses, several steps are required before it appears in your customer account:
- Receive the package and verify the carrier's information.
- Sort the packages
- Register each package in our system so that it is correctly linked to your account.
- Store the package in the secure storage area.
These steps ensure reliable and secure management of your shipments.
What should I do if the package does not appear?
