To improve our services and support our continued growth, our U.S. warehouse is changing address. This transition involves several important dates that you should keep in mind to ensure the smooth receipt and forwarding of your packages.

A New Address Available Starting July 31

From July 31Your new U.S. shipping address will be available directly in your Easy Delivery dashboard.

At the same date, the old address will be definitely closed.. It will therefore be important to use only the new address for your future purchases.

What should you do with your packages already in storage?

If you currently have packages waiting in our old warehouse, we invite you to request their shipment before July 31.

If you do not wish to have your packages reshipped, you can request their disposal from our customer service team. 

No packages will be accepted after July 31st

From July 31, we will no longer be able to receive packages at the old address.

We therefore recommend that you:

  • Check the orders already placed with your merchants and let us know if you have a package that is due to arrive after this date.
  • Update your delivery address on the websites where you regularly place orders.
  • Use the new address as soon as it is displayed on your Easy Delivery account.

Deadline for collecting stored packages

Packages that remain stored in the old warehouse after the transition period will not be kept.

All packages still present after the move will be destroyed on August 10th.

To avoid this situation, make sure to request their shipment before the deadline and not to place new orders at the end of July.
